The Sea of Life is a project dedicated to bringing the profound Pathwork® Lectures to a wider audience through video, guided meditations, and reflective commentary—offered freely to all who seek inner growth and transformation.
The original Pathwork® Lectures were delivered by Eva Pierrakos between 1957 and 1979. These 258 teachings offer practical guidance for emotional healing, spiritual awakening, and conscious living.
